Thurston family Dental has placed diagnosis of dental disease and patient safety in the forefront the practise. 

- Dexis Digital radiographs.   This is a system that has been rated # 1 for the last three years by Dental Town.  Digital radiographs can reduce x-ray radiation by up to 90%.  The x-ray picture can show the tooth enlarged to the full size of the screen making diagnosis more accurate and patients can see the areas of decay themselves.  Pictures also come up immediately which makes less patient waiting time in the dental chair.  

- Intraoral camera's  Intraoral cameras have given patients the ability to participate in desicions about their treatment more then ever before.  Now patients have the ability to see oral conditions the way there dentist does.  This is also a great tool to get approval by insurrence companies because pictures are worth a thousand words.
